Can I apply for a level of care for Alzheimer's? Long term care insurance is designed to help the financial burdens associated with a foster care or to alleviate them. Occasionally, the classification of Alzheimer's disease is problematic, since these very oriented to physical limitations. Many patients seem physically healthy and fit, making it easy to underestimate the need for assistance comes.

For an appropriate classification is called a care diary in which details are all about some time in the care of the patient required assistance recorded. This includes the necessary oversight and guidance in everyday activities like getting up and going to bed, dressing and undressing, body care, meals and trips to the toilet. Ultimately, any effort for guidance and motivation of the patient care time and to be recognized in determining the level of care is to evaluate.

Even for the application you should then submit a detailed report of the treating physician, which arise from the limitations of the patient and the extent of needs.

With a lack of classification, you should be able to object to use in every case!
